I can't remember the name of the song or artist but I remember it was a female artist, British I believe. She was petite and the music video had a very neat modern look. She's singing with a headless mannequin near her (the mannequin is wearing a black and white striped shirt) and the video is in black and white I believe. Then towards the end the mannequin turns into a real man and the two start playing in colored powder making a big colorful mess. It was really cute.
