Where can I get a mannequin?

Im looking for a plastic female upper mannequin but i have no idea where to get one. does anybody know a store maybe that sells those? because im sure that if i show up in some clothing store and ask them if i could keep/buy one of which they use for display i would be mistaken for a wierdo lol. i want a farely cheap one, just plastic and only the upper torso, and a full shape, not the one with the flat back because i need it to use to cut up t-shirts and stuff. websites may work but i prefer to get it in person, its just easier for me. thank you!! =)
