Can anyone recommend a good sleeping tablet?
I had a recent accident where I now have a fibreglass cast on my leg for six weeks. The discomfort from the cast, itching and thinking about what happened have prevented me from falling asleep.
My GP has prescribed temazepam (Temaze) for me indicating one tablet per night as necessary, but may be increased to two if one does not work. Irrespective of whether I take one or two, I sleep for 3-4 hours then wake up and find it difficult to sleep again.
I am going back to my GP soon to discuss this but was wondering if anyone has had any good results with any other type of sleeping tablet. I've heard some people say that temazepam isn't that good.
I take ambien, and i fall asleep for about 10 hrs or so. it works great for me.
At the Kirkland, a look back at furniture's future
People might not recognize Eero Saarinen's name, but they are almost sure to be familiar with one or both of his most famous pieces of architecture. The celebrated Finnish-born American architect conceived the graceful, upswept look of the TWA terminal at John F. Kennedy International Airport (1962) and the clean elegance of the Gateway Arch in St. Louis (1965).
