how to get dat extra fat,,flesh on butts n thighs ???? without increasing d other body size please tell?

i want to make my hips, thighs look bigger, curvy , heavy with flesh how to do tat plz use simple n easy text,,,,,, thanks

you can eat 90g of protien, 200g of carbs a day and no trans fat because all the fat and hard work to gain the weight gose to your stomach, then you do squat dont worry about your stomach at first once you have gain the weight add 500 more cals and go jogging and sit ups.
