Iranian police have warned shopkeepers not to display female mannequins without a hijab. What's next?

This reminds me of the old South African christian apartheid government that did the same as well as ban the display of a miniature of the famous Statue of David sans loincloth.

Who in this case is guilty of "Un-Islamic behavior"? The Iranian government or those who display mannequins without a hijab?

Most mannequins in rich Arab countries have no heads too.Yet, this is the first time I hear and see that they have to be covered with hijab.
It actually is not a religious thing this time. It is more of trying to control the mind by not being influenced by any Western style of life which show freedom and dress code is one of the most effective way of emasculating a society and at the same learning to hate the country that never show agreement with their foreign policies..
They are just using religion for this because it is actually the people behind the religion that has the power and not the present President.
