Are there any frequent Mannequin Nuclear Testing cities?
I would like to go explore these cities, or find them or learn about them or something. Like in the Indiana Jones movie, the new one, a city like that one.
You can't. For several reasons
1- They aren't there any more. They were built for a series of tests in the 1950's. They've blown up. The studio built that one just for the movie. (They weren't all that detailed-in the movie that was to make them visually interesting...)
2- You can't to the sites. They are on what is known as the "Nevada Test Site". Restricted area.
3- Above ground nuclear testing has been banned in the US and Russia since the Test Ban Treaty of the early 1960's.
