I'm looking for a dressmaker mannequin (without the head, arms and legs) chocolate mold for party favors.?

I'm attempting to make a white chocolate bride with dress for favors at a bridal shower. The mannequin, is without the head, arms and legs, basically the torso, I can then dress up the chocolate once done and give as gifts. Can anyone tell me where to find this or how to make my own mold?
