How do I expand a Flash movie/mask to display full jpeg?
I inherited a .fla file with a scrolling thumbnail jpg image that moves horizontally inside of a "scroll" behind a mask, with the use of right and left scrollbar. I added about 30 new thumbnails to the jpeg image for my client, but now it won't expand anymore. If I try to change the width of the movie clip in the properties box it comes up with an "invalid size and position" error.
Any help will be appreciatted
Your description is not too clear for me. Is the "expanded" thing done by AS?
My suggestion is you better do it dynamically, so that adding thumbnails or images can be done without messing up the source fla. You may also put the AS part in external .as file. Check out the link below.
